Quick start: make your first video
1. Create a project
Open the home page and choose New Project. Give the project a clear name, such as Rainy Riverbank - Episode 1. You can return to it from the project list.
2. Add a script
Open the project workspace and add your script. Use a clean text document with scene headings, action, and dialogue. After parsing finishes, review every extracted character, scene, and prop. Rename unclear items and remove items that do not belong to the story.
3. Prepare assets
Open Assets and complete the key fields for each item. A useful description says what the item looks like, its important colors and materials, and how it should stay consistent across shots. Generate a reference image, keep the version you like, and regenerate only when you know what to change.
4. Create storyboards
Open Storyboards and create shots in story order. For each shot, set framing, camera movement, duration, and linked assets. Read the shot as a sentence: who or what is on screen, where it is, what happens, and how the camera moves.
5. Generate video
Generate prompts from the approved storyboard, then generate a clip. Start with one or two shots to check the style and motion before generating a whole episode. Review the clip for identity consistency, unwanted objects, motion, and timing.
6. Review and export
Use the preview to compare shots. If a shot fails, change one cause at a time: the asset description, camera direction, or duration. When the sequence is ready, export the work and keep the project as the editable source.
A good first project
Keep the first test short: one scene, one or two characters, one location, and three shots. This makes it easier to understand the workflow and spot where a result needs adjustment.
